Adelaide Festival Plaza is set to become a unique, world-class hub for the arts, culture, tourism and entertainment. The Festival Plaza redevelopment will see the upgrade of public spaces in the areas surrounding the Adelaide Festival Centre, Adelaide Railway Station, Adelaide Casino, Parliament House, Old Parliament House and Station Road.
As part of the construction, access to Adelaide Oval via the Riverbank Footbridge will be restricted from December 6, 2016. When attending major events at Adelaide Oval it is recommended that you use King William Road to avoid congestion on the Riverbank Footbridge during the construction phase.
